Standard Shipping
From ₹150 per item is applicable and calculated based on the quantity of products in your order (e.g., 2 items = ₹150 x 2 = ₹300) - Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days
Expedited Shipping
From ₹250 - Estimated delivery within 4-5 business days
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary by location.
Please note that international customers may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes
based on their country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and
are not included in our shipping rates.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- For expedited or express shipping options, we prioritize your order to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
Tracking Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the confirmation email.
Shipping Charge Modifications
Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of return or cancellation and are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on the product and checkout pages.

From time to time, NehaRosella may introduce promotional offers, including free shipping, subject to specific terms and conditions.
All-Inclusive Pricing
All prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes. No additional charges such as sales tax or octroi will be levied at the time of delivery.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to our warehouse. Please ensure your mobile number is included in the shipping address to facilitate timely delivery.
Returns & Refunds Policy
- Contact our Customer Support team at jasminefashion58@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to ship the product.
- Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Order Cancellations
- An instant refund via a gift voucher.

A refund to your bank account or credit card, which will be processed by the bank/payment gateway within 15 working days (Note: Refunds to the original payment method can only be processed once per order).
Refunds for Returns
Refunds for returned products will be initiated once the items are received and verified to be in undamaged condition.
Unserviceable Orders
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and initiate either a replacement or a full refund, as per your preference.
Offline Payments (Cheque/DD/Cash on Delivery)
Refunds for payments made via cheque, demand draft, or COD will be processed within 15 days of receiving your bank details.
